Hi, I’m Jo, it’s great to meet you! Here’s a little bit about me and the roots of Jo’s Wellness Gym.

I have loved being active for as long as I can remember. It all started with playing sports all through school and university , and then turned to my love for skiing when I moved to Whistler, Canada in 1999!  I continued to stay active and became a personal trainer over 12 years ago and have been training my clients on the side whilst I was an Event Manager for the last 15 years.

I am now pursuing my love for fitness and wellness full time and have a deep desire to help as many women as possible to find their strength to live their best life every day.

I understand that self care, when it comes to movement and exercise does not come easy to many, so let me guide you with encouragement, accountability and a plan that will work for you using minimal equipment and the space of a yoga mat.

My main loves are my boys; hubby Ian, son Jack and doodle Levi; time with my girlfriends, coffee, tequila, cooking, chocolate, fresh bread, dancing, and shoes I can’t afford.

Wake, move, eat, live with purpose, laugh, maybe cry, sleep, repeat! I know what it takes.
