My passion is to help women to put their best self forward every day and for me, the core of that is taking care of both your body and mind wellness through fitness . I have a minimal approach with maximum effect by either using your own body weight, or small amounts of weight so that you will leave my workouts feeling your ultimate BEST !
The bottom line; I care and I want you to reap the benefits of me guiding you safely through a fab workout combining both cardiovascular and strength training. This will require commitment to your fitness health and I will be there to guide and motivate you every step of the way to your desired results and ongoing wellness journey.

The focus is on low impact & highly effective moves using your own body weight and dumbbells up to 10lbs max. All workouts can also be done using just you!
You only require the space of a yoga mat
All sessions are offered using Zoom and are RECORDED for those who cannot make the scheduled live time
